Shanghai Mechanical and Electrical Industry Co., Ltd (SMEIC) held its cadres meeting at the meeting hall of Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Co., Ltd (SMEC) on July 30^th, summing up the work of the first half and arranging the next half. President Xu Jiangguo attended the meeting and made an important speech. In the speech, president Xu affirmed the achievement of SMEIC in the first half of 2009 and required SMEIC to work hard, explore actively, and plan the future.

Secretary of the Party Committee, general manager, Chen Hong presided at the meeting and made a speech. Chen asked the cadres to strengthen their responsibilities and enterprises, learn and carry forward SMEC’s spirit, doing deep revolution and focus on institutional innovation. Executive deputy General Manager, Wang Xinping delivered an administrative work report. Vice secretary of the Party Committee, Rui Hejian summarized and disposed party building work. Chief Accountant Si Wenpei and Vice General Manager Shen Xin also delivered important reports and disposed work.
